The service provider complies with all warranty and guarantee obligations prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Hungary.

Guarantee / warranty

The designnation .hu web store offers a six-month warranty for the products (hereinafter: the "Product") from the date of purchase, which can be verified by presenting the invoice. Please send the defective device to the address of the logistics center of the designnation .hu web store together with the completed return form placed next to the delivered product, as well as the original invoice. In the case of a warranty replacement, the designnation .hu web store is responsible for the delivery of the replacement product. Cancellation / exchange

In case of cancellation of the purchase, we will exchange or take back the purchased product only in its original, undamaged condition, upon return of the original invoice and the completed return form. In case of cancellation, please return the product to our logistics center within 14 calendar days of receipt, otherwise we will no longer be able to exchange or take it back. The products returned by post are sent as registered mail, (recommended if possible, definitely supplemented with priority and LNK service) provided with a suitable outer covering, together with the invoice. The Buyer shall bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The designnation .hu web store is in no way responsible for any damage lost by the Post Office or caused in any way during delivery. In the event of cancellation, the Buyer may exchange the purchase price of the product for any other product of ours within 30 days, or if he does not find a suitable product, we will refund the purchase price to him within 14 days. The designnation .hu web store will withhold the purchase price and shipping costs of the product affected by the cancellation until the consumer has returned the product.

Faulty performance

In case of faulty delivery (you did not receive the product you ordered), you have the option to keep the product you received or to exchange the product originally ordered, subject to a price negotiation. The cost of return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement product are borne by the designnation.hu web store.

INFORMATION ABOUT ACCESSORIES

We offer a 6-month warranty for all accessories sold by us. In some cases, temporary product shortages may occur, for which we cannot take responsibility! The uploaded images are only illustrations!

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The contractual warranty does not cover damages resulting from lack of maintenance, unauthorized intervention, changes, improper use, vandalism or unauthorized repairs.
The warranty does not cover, among others, additional defects or damages:

  • malfunctions and damages resulting from improper or unusual use of the Product;
  • malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse, accident or negligence;
  • errors or damages resulting from improper testing, use, maintenance, installation, or modification;
  • defects and damage caused by moisture, liquid or spilled food;
  • for scratches or other damage to the surface of the device during intended use,
  • for parts worn out during regular maintenance or normal use.
